So many agents think that it is all about GAME DAY. Meaning, the closings, the showings, the listing presentations, etc. But they don't pay attention to PRACTICE.
You need to treat your business like an athlete. Yes, gameday is key, but you need to spend hours on the practice field to shine on game day. And practice in your business means PROSPECTING.
Getting out there and making connections. Consistently. Because if you don't, you will soon see your pipeline run dry and you will start chasing business which is a recipe for disaster in ANY business.
Also, don't be a f***ing know it all! If you are thinking you know it all, you are blocking off all sorts of growth.
