Story-Struggling agents see successful agents and only see end results. Then when trying to follow in their footsteps and you don't see the outcomes fast enough, they get discouraged and just quit. This starts to confuse agents and having them think that talent is why that top producer is doing so well. 
 
Problem-Sports analogy when you see physical advantages. With agents, we don't see the physical as much, (she/he is hot....they dress a certain way).
 
Agents also see different personalities. He is a people person, of course, he connects more. So they think it is because they have a certain personality. Another limiting belief. 
 
Comparing ourselves to others is natural. But when we stop taking actions because of this comparing we do, that is when it is a problem. 
 
Solution-There are no high-performance people, only high-performance habits. Consistent work will beat talent when talent doesn't put in consistent work.
